Do I need to book a ticket in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome on most days; however, we strongly recommend booking in advance during weekends and holidays to guarantee entry. Workshop seats must always be reserved ahead of time.
Are pets allowed inside the conservatory?
We love animals, but to protect our plant collections, only certified service animals are permitted inside the greenhouse wings. The outdoor garden paths are pet-friendly on a leash.
Can I bring my own plants for identification?
Yes! We offer drop-in plant ID sessions every Saturday from 10 AM – 12 PM. Simply bring your specimen in a sealed bag and our botanists will be happy to help. No appointment needed.
Do you offer group or school visit packages?
Absolutely. We have tailored educational packages for schools, colleges, and corporate groups. Please email us at groups@botanica.in with your preferred dates and group size for a custom quote.
How do I enrol in a workshop?
Visit our Workshops page to browse all upcoming sessions and click "Reserve a Spot." Payment is made securely online. You'll receive a confirmation email with all details and what to bring.
Is photography allowed inside?
Personal photography is always welcome — we encourage it! Commercial photography or video shoots require prior written permission. Please contact our media team at media@botanica.in to arrange a permit.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B plant supply?
Yes, we supply to hotels, offices, landscape architects, and event planners. Contact our wholesale team at wholesale@botanica.in with your requirements, and we'll arrange a consultation.
What is your return policy for plants purchased in the shop?
We offer a 7-day care guarantee on all healthy plants sold in our shop. If your plant shows signs of distress due to a nursery issue within this window, bring it back with your receipt for a replacement or store credit.
